57€ / Night for one person; each additional Person 10 € / Night

Cleaning fee: 55 € (more than 2 people 65€)

Accomodation Expenses Vacation Appartment 2d:

53€ / Night for one person; each additional Person 10 € / Night

Cleaning fee: 50 € (more than 2 people 60 €)

Cleaning Fee:

Pets after consultation with the owner, at least 10€

Wifi: free

Bicycle: 10€/day

Terms of payment :

50% in advance as booking confirmation. 50% at arrival in cash.

Cancelation Fee :

(1) If an authentic stay is canceled more than 2 weeks in advance , 50% of the rent due.

(2) If an authentic stay is canceled less than 2 weeks in advance , so 100% of the rent is due.

(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely , he remains obligated to pay the full rental price .

(4) A cancellation or termination can be made only in writing . Relevant is the day of receipt of such declaration by the landlord.

Miscellaneous:

On holidays and during the Wacken Open Air a surcharge of 100% will apply.
